Statement of Faith

Elohim is Echad

We believe Elohim is Echad, as declared in the Shema, “a united one” or “compound unity” eternally existent in three persons; Abba, HaBen, and Ruach HaKodesh.

Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 48:16-17; 1 John 5:7-13

Elohim the Father (Abba)

We believe Elohim is our Heavenly Father as demonstrated in Scripture.

John 6:27b; I Corinthians 1:3; Galatians 1:1; Revelation 3:5, 21; Jeremiah 3:4, 19; 31:9; Malachi 1:6; Matthew 6:9, 32; Luke 10:21-22; John 1:14; 4:23; 5:17-26; 6:28-46; Romans 8:14-15

Elohim the Son (Elohim HaBen)

We believe in the Deity of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus, the Messiah), that He is the “Seed of the woman” as Elohim promised, and that His virgin birth was to be a sign to Israel of His Messiahship.

Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 9:6-7; Matthew 1:22-23

We believe in Messiah Yeshua’s life, His miracles yesterday and today, His vicarious and sacrificial death as our atonement, His bodily resurrection, His personal future return for His followers, both living and dead, and the future establishment of His Kingdom on Earth.

Isaiah 9:6-7; Isaiah 53:8-11; Zechariah 12:6-10; Zechariah 14:16-21; 1 Corinthians 11:26; 2 Corinthians 5:21

We believe in the resurrection of both saved and lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to eternal separation from Elohim, the latter being consigned to a state of everlasting punishment.

Daniel 12:2; Psalm 69:28; Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:12-15

Elohim the Set-apart Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh)

We believe in the present ministry of Ruach HaKodesh (Set-apart Spirit) by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a set-apart lifestyle.

Jeremiah 31:31-34; John 14:15-17; Galatians 5:13-25

Scripture is Authoritative

We believe Scripture, composed of the Hebrew Scriptures and Apostolic Writings; is divinely inspired, and the only infallible and authoritative Word of Elohim.

2 Timothy 3:15-17; Romans 15:4; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Hebrews 4:2; Ephesians 6:17

Followers of Yeshua

We believe that as followers of Yeshua, we are called to observe Torah as it pertains to the person, maintain a set-apart lifestyle, and remain a unified body of believers (Echad). This is part of our identity and a witness to the faithfulness of Elohim.

Acts 21:20-24; Romans 3:1-4; 1 Corinthians 7:17-20

Cleansed by Grace

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is by grace, through faith in the shed sacrificial blood of the Lamb of Elohim, Yeshua HaMashiach, and that regeneration by the Spirit of Elohim is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

Genesis 15:16; Leviticus 17:11; Habakkuk 2:4; John 3:3; Romans 1:17; Ephesians 2:8; Hebrews 11:6

Continuity of the Covenants

We Believe in the continuity of God's covenants with Israel, the fulfillment in Messiah Yeshua, and fulfillment of things to come; part of which, the fulfillment of these covenants is the physical return of the people of Israel to the “Promised Land”.

Deuteronomy 30; Ezekiel 37; Jeremiah 31:35-36, 33:19-26; Luke 21:24

Middle Wall of Partition

We believe the middle wall of partition which in times past separated Jews and Gentiles has been broken down, the enmity between them eradicated by the Messiah Yeshua.

Ephesians 2:12-24; Acts 10:34

New Covenant Body

We believe the New Covenant Body of Messiah is composed of both Jew and Gentile believers who have accepted Yeshua HaMashiach as the promised Redeemer and that now they are to worship together as “one new man” in the House of Elohim.

1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 3:6,10-12; Hebrews 10:25

Sons & Daughters of Israel

We believe the Jews according to the flesh (descendants of Abraham through Isaac, whether through the blood line of the mother or the father) who place their faith in Israel’s Messiah Yeshua have not disowned or separated themselves from their race and Jewish heritage but remain sons and daughters of Israel. Gentiles who place their faith in Israel’s Messiah Yeshua are also, spiritually, grafted in sons and daughters of Israel and heirs to the promise.

Genesis 15:6; Romans 2:28-29; Romans 11:1-2, 16-19; Galatians 3:28-29

Appointed Times

We believe that the “Appointed Times” are an eternal covenant with Elohim and the nation of Israel, to be observed by both Jewish and Gentile believers. Shabbat and the Feast Days were given to us to deepen our understanding of Him and His redemption to the world through Messiah Yeshua.

Genesis 2:2-3; Exodus 31:12-17; Leviticus 23; Zechariah 14:16; Isaiah 58:13-14
